Man Robs Columbia Heights Bank

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Investigators are asking for the public's help to find a robbery suspect.

Columbia Heights police responded to a report of a robbery just after 5:30 p.m. Friday at the U.S. Bank on Central Avenue Northeast.

Police say the suspect implied he had a weapon and demanded cash from the teller, but no weapon was seen. He then took off with an unknown amount of money.

The bank is offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to the man's arrest.
