Man Parks RV Outside TCF Stadium For Rolling Stones Concert

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The first person to show up for Wednesday night's Rolling Stones concert was Bill Neuenschwander, who wedged his large RV into four parking spaces behind the open end of TCF Bank Stadium.

That's where the stage is set up for the Rolling Stones, and Neuenschwander will be joined by some of his co-workers Wednesday night to listen to the music for free.

Neuenschwander says he's tried this before at other outdoor concerts in several other states.  So far, he hasn't been asked to move.
