Man Killed In Crash With Tow Truck On I-94 ID'd

VALLEY CITY, N.D. (AP) — Authorities have identified a Minnesota man who died in a crash on an icy Interstate 94 in southeastern North Dakota.

The Highway Patrol says 40-year-old Gregory Hillukka, of Cokato, Minnesota, died Wednesday when he lost control of his car near Valley City. Hillukka rear-ended a tow truck that had stopped on the shoulder of the road to pull other vehicles out of the ditch.

Hillukka was pronounced dead at the scene. The tow truck driver was not in the vehicle at the time and was not hurt.
