Man Dead Following Overnight Shooting In Burnsville

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Officials in the south metro say a shooting early Friday morning left a man dead.

The Burnsville Police Department says officers responded around 1 a.m. to the 13100 block of Harriet Avenue South on a report of shots fired.

At the scene, officers found a man dead with apparent gunshot wounds.

No arrests have been made.

Police say there is no threat to the public and investigators are looking for evidence.
