Man Arrested After 5-Hour Standoff In Duluth

DULUTH, Minn. (WCCO) -- Police in Duluth have a man in custody after a five-hour standoff that ended peacefully overnight.

Investigators said a 36-year-old man was shooting a gun inside an apartment building near downtown. The standoff started around 7:30 p.m. Sunday.

The entire building was evacuated.

Police said they plan to release more information on Monday.
