Man Accused Of Driving Van With Group Home Residents Drunk

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — Formal charges are pending against a Fargo man accused of driving drunk and crashing a van carrying two residents of a group home.

West Fargo police say the van collided with a pickup truck Sunday afternoon, drove over a curb, continued on and crashed into several garages at an apartment complex. No injuries were reported.

The 40-year-old driver eventually was stopped by bystanders. He was arrested on several charges including driving under the influence and endangering a vulnerable adult.
