Man, 44, Killed In Crash With Semi Wasn't Wearing Seat Belt

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A 44-year-old man was killed in a head-on collision with a semi truck near the Meeker and MacLeod County line Friday morning.

The crash happened along Highway 15 near County Road 18 at about 7 a.m.

The driver of a Ford Taurus crossed the center line and crashed with the semi.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the driver of the Taurus was not belted and died as a result of his injuries.

The driver of the semi was not injured.
