Lynx Hosting Breakfast Friday Ahead Of Season Opener

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Ahead of its 2015 season opener, the Minnesota Lynx will be hosting a skyway breakfast Friday morning in downtown Minneapolis.

Lynx mascot "Prowl" and members of the team's front office will host the event from 6:30 to 9 a.m. at the Target Center skyway. They'll be handing out donuts and cookies for people on their way to work.

There will also be an opportunity to enter a contest to win a suite for a 2015 Lynx game.

The Minnesota Lynx host the Tulsa Shock at 7 p.m. Friday at Target Center to open the regular season.
