LuckyPalooza Rings In Paddy's Day In St. Paul

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- St. Paul is celebrating St. Patrick's Day early.

LuckyPalooza is back for its second year. Two blocks of West 7th Street have been shut down to make room for tent parties, live music and extreme sports stunts.

The street celebration goes until 10:30 Saturday night, before the party moves inside to the bars.

No need for tickets, entry is free. And Metro Transit is also offering free rides if you complete a brief survey here.
