Lowertown Blues & Funk Festival Returns To Mears Park

For a fourth year, the Lowertown Blues & Funk Festival returns to Mears Park. After last year's successful incorporation of a Friday night of funk followed by a blues-filled Saturday, the festival will be following the same winning recipe this year on July 21 and 22 with two stages at Mears Park each day.
