Looking To Watch Thursday's Wild Game? Head To Xcel Energy Center

ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) -- Looking for somewhere to watch the Minnesota Wild to take on the St. Louis Blues Thursday in the first game of the Stanley Cup Playoffs? Look no further than the home of the Wild.

Team officials announced Monday that they'll be putting Thursday night's Game 1 on the jumbotron at Xcel Energy Center. Best of all: It's free for fans. The game starts at about 8 p.m. Thursday, and Gates 1 and 2 at Xcel Energy Center will be open at 7:30 p.m.

There will also be a pregame pep rally at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Rice Park in downtown St. Paul. Game 2 is at 3 p.m. Saturday, also in St. Louis. The series comes to Xcel Energy Center for Game 3 with an 8 p.m. contest on Monday, April 20. Game 4 is set for 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22.
