Report: Lauderdale Man Removes Nazi Flag From Backyard

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- One week after noticing a Nazi swastika flying in a backyard, neighbors in a Lauderdale neighborhood are relieved to see it taken down.

The Star Tribune reports Robert Wagner took the flag down after receiving a flood of calls from people complaining.

Neighbors living on Pleasant Street had told us this week they felt unsafe after seeing the flag.

City officials say they have no plans to confront Walter over the flag, saying he has a First Amendment right to fly it.
