Lake Elmo Woman Dead After Aitkin County Crash

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - A Lake Elmo woman is dead, a month after a broadside car crash in Aitkin County.

Pamela Arledge, 59, was driving a Lincoln Town Car westbound on Minnesota State Highway 18 on Oct. 31.

She failed to stop at the intersection with Highway 65 and was broadsided by a Ford Taurus.

Arledge died on Saturday at an Edina hospice from injuries sustained in the crash.

A passenger in her car, Julie Whaley, 52, of White Bear Lake, and the driver of the Taurus, Jason Hulbert, 37, of Mora, were treated for non-life threatening injuries.

The State Patrol is investigating the incident.
