Labor Day: What's Open, What's Closed

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Since Labor Day is a holiday, here is a list of what's open and what's closed.

You can go shopping today. Most grocery stores and malls will be open.

Metro Transit buses and light rail lines will be running, but on their Sunday or holiday schedules.

You won't get any mail today.

The Post Offices are closed, and so are schools, government offices and public libraries.

And most parking meters in the Twin Cities will not be enforced today, though they will be enforced around Minneapolis parks.
