Kylie's Kids: Meet Madison

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- For every 100 babies that are born, on average one will have a heart defect. Congenital heart defects are much more common than people think.

It's something Madison's parents found out when they joined a large and loving community of heart families.

Now that Madison is in a great place, they're helping others.
