Kellogg Recalls 10,000 Cases Of Eggo Whole Wheat Waffles

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Check your freezer!

Kellogg is recalling about 10,000 cases of its Eggo Nutri-Grain Whole Wheat Waffles. The company said they could be contaminated with listeria.

The waffles were sold in 25 states, including Minnesota. So far, the company said it has not had any reports of illnesses.

Listeria can cause serious, even deadly infections.

It primarily affects the elderly, pregnant women, newborns and people with weak immune systems.
