Josh Hartnett Selling Lake Of The Isles Home

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - Actor Josh Hartnett has put his historic Minneapolis home on the market.

The realtor said the home on East Lake of the Isles Parkway was one of the first built on the lake in 1887.

The four-bed, four-bath home features original hardwood floors with a modern kitchen and a wine cellar.  The updates he made include a new, gourmet kitchen.

The listing price is $2,395,000.

The realtor said Hartnett hopes the new owners will appreciate and maintain the integrity of this historic home.

The actor isn't leaving Minnesota, his realtor said, he just wants to downsize since he is traveling more for his career.
