Japanese Company Offers 4-Day Work Week To Employees

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A Japanese fashion brand is giving some of its employees the option to work only four days a week -- for ten hours a day.

The catch: they'll have to work weekends and public holidays to keep stores staffed during its busiest times. But they say they want to give their employees a balance between their work and personal life.
