Celebration Planned For Jamar Clark's Birthday

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Friends and family of Jamar Clark plan to celebrate the life of the young man killed by Minneapolis police.

Tuesday marked Clark's birthday. He would have been 25.

Earlier this year, Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman said there wasn't evidence to charge officers Dustin Schwarze and Mark Ringgenberg in Clark's death.
