MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Winter returned to Minnesota this week, dumping up to 19 inches of snow in communities north of the metro.

But baseball trudged on.

David McCoy went to a few games Friday night where he talked with coaches and players about the challenges Mother Nature poses to high school baseball players.

Also this week, Mike Max caught up with a former Twins pitcher who's now coaching in Plymouth, and we honored a Cretin-Derham Hall lacrosse player who's a steady influence on her team and school.
