MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Three people were injured when a wrong-way driver crashed into another car on Interstate 94 near White Bear Avenue early Monday morning.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, shortly before 3 a.m. a Dodge Caravan, driven by 43-year-old Sudi Abdi Nur of Woodbury, was traveling east on I-94. When he drove past Highway 61, he was struck head-on by a 23-year-old St. Paul man in a Mercury Cougar.

The State Patrol later identified him as Elias Flores Tulio.
