Husband & Wife Injured In ATV Rollover In St. Louis Co.

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Alcohol may have been a factor in an ATV crash that injured a husband and wife in St. Louis County Friday.

The accident happened 15 miles west of Cook, Minn. on Highway 5, when driver Terry Treloar and his wife and passenger Joann were riding on a side-by-side ATV.

The ATV rolled over in a field, injuring the couple. Both were transported to a Duluth hospital, but Joann was later airlifted to Essentia Health-St. Mary's Medical Center in Hibbing. She is in critical condition.

Terry Treloar suffered non-life threatening injuries.

The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office is investigating.
