Have You Ever Dated A Co-Worker? Study Shows 38 Percent Have

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Valentine's Day is on Friday, which means there will be plenty of surprises for that special someone between flowers and chocolate.

For some of us, that special someone is a fellow co-worker. A recent survey by CareerBuilder found that about 38 percent of U.S. workers have dated someone who worked for the same company. Experts said office romances usually start because of late nights at work, having lunch together and even love at first sight.

We asked our Facebook fans if they've ever dated a co-worker and how it worked out.

One woman said she and her husband reported to the same boss. They started dating, got married and he left the company. They've been married 29 years.

Another woman said she and her husband met at their work six years ago, they've been married for four years and they still work together.

Another Facebook fan said she met her husband of six years at work.
