Hastings lifts shelter-in-place order after "active incident"

Authorities have lifted a shelter-in-place warning issued earlier on Thursday in a residential area of Hastings, Minnesota.

The Hastings Police Department said there was an "active incident" in the area of 19th Street West and Maple Street. The alert was issued around 1:20 p.m. and lifted as of 3:45 p.m.

After lifting the order, the city said there were "no further updates at this time."
