The site is near the southeast corner of Lake Street and 22nd Avenue South, adjacent to the Blue Line's Midtown light rail station and several bus routes.

The development will include housing units, retail space and parking.

There will also be a public gathering space which will be the permanent home for the Midtown Farmer's Market.

The first phase of the project is expected to open in 2017, which will include some of the housing units and retail space.
