Get Your Taxes Prepared For Free

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Minnesota Department of Revenue wants to set you up with one of hundreds of tax preparers who can help you get your taxes filed for free.

If you are 60 or older, have a disability, speak little to no English or make $53,000 a year or less, you qualify for free tax preparation.

Click here to visit the revenue department's website now through April 15 to find a local site, hours, dates and a complete list of items to bring when visiting a site.

You can search for a location by zip code or county, as well as sites with interpreters and volunteers certified to complete military returns.

Taxpayers can also call 651-297-3724 or 1-800-657-3989 to search for a site by phone.
