Gretchen Carlson is the author of the New York Times best selling book, "Be Fierce: Stop Harassment and Take Your Power Back."

She's back in Minnesota and partnering up with Lauren Leader-Chivée, the CEO of "All In Together," for a number of empowerment workshops across the country.
