Fire Seriously Damages Garage In Mound

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A garage in the western suburbs suffered serious damage after a fire Saturday afternoon.

The fire occurred on Baywood Lane in Mound.

Officials said someone was painting with a sprayer and it somehow caught fire and spread to the garage.

The homeowner tried pulling out his truck that was inside, but that caught on fire too.

No one was hurt.
