Full List Of Takata Airbag Recalled Vehicles Released

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- This morning, the government has released the full list of vehicles impacted by the Takata air bag recall.

The recall involves 11 auto manufacturers covering about 34 million vehicles. The full list comes one month after the Japanese airbag maker announced the largest recall in U.S. history.

The driver and passenger side airbags can degrade over time and can suddenly explode, sending shrapnel into the cabin. At least 7 people have died and more than 100 others have been injured.

To see if your vehicle is part of the recall, you can search your car's VIN on the SafeCar.gov website.
