MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey joined Esme Murphy live on WCCO Sunday Morning to discuss rising violence in the city and outrage over the police killing of Amir Locke.

Frey said he would not acquiesce to calls for his resignation in the wake of another police killing in his city.
