Fosston Man Killed, Wife Injured In ATV Rollover Crash

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A man is dead and his wife is hospitalized after an ATV rollover crash Monday morning in Polk County.

The sheriff's office says 75-year-old Edward Halvorson and his wife, 71-year-old Judith Halvorson, were riding on a road north of Fosston when their ATV went into a ditch and rolled just after 7 a.m.

Edward was killed, but Judith survived, suffering unspecified injuries. She was eventually airlifted to a Fargo hospital.

The sheriff's office is investigating.
