Former Cretin Star Michael Floyd Arrested For DUI

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Arizona Cardinals lost at Miami on Sunday to fall to 5-7-1 on the season, but that's the least of the problems for Michael Floyd, a former prep star from Cretin-Derham Hall.

According to NFL.com and Arizona Sports, Floyd was arrested Monday morning on suspicion of drunk driving. According to reports, Scottsdale, Ariz., police say Floyd was found asleep at the wheel of his car just before 3 a.m. Monday. His car was running.

Floyd was charged with two counts of DUI, one count of obstructing a roadway and failure to obey a police officer. He was released from custody on Monday.

It's not the first time Floyd has been in trouble with the law. He was also arrested for DUI back in 2011, when he played football at Notre Dame. Floyd was a star wide receiver in high school for Cretin-Derham Hall.
