Vikings, Cub Foods Give Away Thousands Of Thanksgiving Turkeys

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Some very deserving families will have a turkey on the table this holiday season.

Former Minnesota Vikings player E.J. Henderson, with the help of Cub Foods, is giving away thousands of turkeys to families in need.

Henderson kicked off the season of giving Tuesday morning, hanging out and bringing a smile to a number of families in attendance.

This is the seventh year for the event. Henderson was helped out by other former and current Vikings players.
