Fire Officials: Man, 57, Suffers Burn Injuries In North Mpls. Fire

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Minneapolis Fire Department says a 57-year-old man is in the hospital after a north Minneapolis fire Wednesday.

According to fire officials, the victim was burned in the fire, which was located on 2607 Penn Ave. N.

The victim was then taken to the Hennepin County Medical Center with first- and second-degree burns to his face, hands and legs.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
