Fire Destroys Lake Elmo Mobile Home

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A mobile home in Lake Elmo has been destroyed after a fire broke out late Tuesday evening.

Officials said the fire department received a call from a neighbor around 11:30 p.m. of a fire at a house in Cimarron Park.

The fire chief said it appears as though the fire started in the kitchen and laundry area.

According to the report, the woman who lives in the home turned on the dryer before leaving for work which may be the cause.

No one was hurt.

The fire is continued to be investigated.
