FBI, Brooklyn Park Police Search For Bank Robber

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The FBI and Brooklyn Park Police are looking for a man who robbed a U.S. Bank by gunpoint Thursday afternoon.

Police say a man with a black handgun walked into the bank located on 7600 Broadway Ave. at 1:30 p.m. and ordered everyone to get on the ground. He left with an undisclosed amount of cash and fled westbound on 76th Avenue in a gray or silver GMC Yukon or Cadillac Escalade.

The suspect is described as a black male with a medium complexion, 5 foot 10 inches tall and between 175 – 185 pounds. He was wearing brown sunglasses, a gray hooded-sweatshirt with a small Michael Jordan logo, gray sweatpants, a baseball cap, black face mask and brown gloves.
