1 Killed In St. Croix Falls Fire

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The remains of one person have been recovered from a fire in St. Croix Falls.

The city's fire and police departments were called to a residence on the 900 block of North Washington Street at about 5:30 a.m. Friday.

They found the remains of one person inside.

Authorities have not yet identified that person, and the cause of the fire is still being investigated.
