Man Found Dead From Hypothermia, Cold Exposure In Eveleth

EVELETH, Minn. (AP) -- Police in northern Minnesota say a 29-year-old man found dead in an Eveleth park died of hypothermia.

The body of 29-year-old Kyle Steven Shock was found Thursday morning.

Preliminary autopsy results show Shock died of "hypothermia due to cold exposure."

Eveleth Police Chief Tim Koivunen tells The Mesabi Daily News of Virginia that the autopsy found no foul play. Koivunen says alcohol apparently was a factor in Shock's death.
