PR Firm Lets Employees Pick Their Own Perks

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- If you were allowed to select your own employment perks, what would you choose?

One PR company is putting employees in charge of their own rewards.

The North 6th Agency launched a program called Pace Points, allowing employees to build and cash in points for good performance.

Rewards range from cash bonuses to a year of free daycare or even a fully-funded honeymoon.
