Emerson Process Management Opens New Headquarters

SHAKOPEE, Minn. (AP) — Emerson Process Management has opened its new $70 million headquarters in Shakopee.

The company makes wireless monitoring systems for oil refineries and other industrial uses. Its business has received a boost from increased oil production.

The company has invested more than $110 million in expansions in Shakopee, Eden Prairie and Chanhassen and plans to add more than 500 new jobs at the three sites over the next five years.
