Driver struck after getting out of vehicle following Eagan crash
UPDATE: The Minnesota State Patrol announced on Feb. 28 that the victim, 66-year-old Judy Loris Herrick, passed away from her injuries.
EAGAN, Minn. -- Traffic camera video shows a driver in the south metro appear to be struck after getting out of their vehicle following a crash.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the incident occurred on northbound Highway 77 on a bridge over Interstate 35E in Eagan shortly after 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Minnesota Department of Transportation traffic camera video shows a two-vehicle crash involving a Buick Lacrosse and Nissan Rogue.
Then, a pickup truck driving nearby lost control, rear-ending the Buick into the Nissan again, striking the driver of the Buick who had gotten out of their vehicle after the first crash. Another car rear-ended the pickup truck, resulting in a four-car pileup.
The state patrol confirmed that the crash involved an injury, but have yet to give the extent of the injury.
There were over 130 crashes and spinouts reported Wednesday morning.
