1 Injured In Rollover Crash In Douglas County

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – One woman was injured after a rollover crash in Douglas County Monday evening.

According to the Douglas County Sheriff's Office, just after 7 p.m. officers received a call of a one-car rollover crash on County Road 16 near Silver Lane NW.

Upon arrival, police learned a pickup truck, driven by 58-year-old Mary Beth Cullen of Evansville, was headed northbound on County Road 16 when she crossed the southbound lane of traffic and entered a ditch.

Cullen's truck hit a field approach, went airborne and rolled multiple times after impact.

Deputies said Cullen was trapped in the car.

Crews were able to extract her and she suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Cullen was taken to Douglas County Hospital, then St. Cloud Hospital, and is expected to survive.

The Douglas County Sheriff's Office is investigating.
