Documents Shed Light On Where Mandy Matula Died

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A newly released police report is shedding more light on what happened to a Minnesota woman killed by her ex-boyfriend.

Mandy Matula disappeared last May after getting into a car with her ex-boyfriend.

David Roe killed himself when police asked about Matula's whereabouts.

New documents obtained by the Star Tribune say Roe likely shot Matula in a church parking lot near her house.

Cell phone records show he then drove her to the park in St. Cloud where her body was found 6 months later.
