DNR Kicks Off 10th Year Of 'I Can' Program

The Minnesota DNR is helping people get outside and explore the state. The 10th year of the state's "I Can" program kicked off Thursday.

It teaches people how to camp, go canoeing, ride mountain bikes, fish and even do archery. The program is designed for families the people wanting to try these activities for the first time. Most of them are free to offered at a discount.
