Dayton Signs Modified Body Camera Bill

Dayton told lawmakers he would not sign the bill unless a they removed a provision that allowed officers to review footage before writing an incident report. Dayton requested no other changes be made.

Legislators removed the provision and Dayton upheld his end of the agreement.
