Date Set For Super Bowl LII At U.S. Bank Stadium

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) –The National Football League has chosen a date for the Super Bowl when it is held at U.S. Bank in Minnesota.

Super Bowl LII will be held on Feb. 4, 2018.

U.S. Bank Stadium was chosen to host the 2018 Super Bowl in 2014. Since Minnesota's Host Committee, business leaders and community members have been planning for the big day.

"While our bold new stadium plays host to the biggest event of the year, our community will host thousands of members of the media and more than a million visitors throughout the 10 days of festivities leading up to the Big Game," Maureen Hooley Bausch, CEO of the Minnesota Super Bowl Host Committee, said.

This announcement officially starts the countdown of the clock until the game!
