Crews Knock Down Flames At Oakdale Building; Fire Under Investigation

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Crews battled a building fire for hours in Oakdale Tuesday morning.

City officials say police and firefighters responded around 6:15 a.m. to a burning building on 2757 Hudson Boulevard North, just off Interstate 494 in the east metro suburb. Firefighters found the building, which had been leased to J.C. Riders Motorcycle Club, engulfed in flames.

Crews from Woodbury, Maplewood, and North St. Paul also responded to help knock down the fire.

City officials say the building is a total loss. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
