Crews battle large fire near Vermillion
VERMILLION, Minn. -- Crews battled a large fire at a farm property near Vermillion for multiple hours on Thursday night.
The Inver Grove Heights Fire Department said there were no water or fire hydrants in the area of the 17000 block of Emery Avenue. They arrived at the scene to find a shed fully engulfed and another granary catching fire.
The department said they needed to use tender trucks to run a water shuttle to suppress the fire.

The shed was deemed a total loss, and no one was injured. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
