State Patrol: North Mankato Man, 22, Killed In Head-On Crash On Hwy. 169 In Minnetonka

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating a deadly crash that happened late Thursday afternoon in Minnetonka on Highway 169.

Investigators say a northbound Chevrolet Suburban crossed the median south of Londonderry Road, colliding head-on with a southbound Volkswagen Jetta at about 2:43 p.m.

The driver of the Jetta -- 22-year-old North Mankato resident Abdi Aden Isack -- was brought to HCMC, where he died from his injuries. The 56-year-old St. Paul man who was driving the Suburban suffered non-life threatening injuries.
