Courtland Man Gets 40 Years In Prison For Child Pornography

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Phillip Mark Reinhart was sentenced to 40 years in prison for production and attempted production of child pornography, the U.S. Attorney's Office said. The 38-year-old pleaded guilty on January 17 to creating sexually explicit images of two minors who were seven and nine years old.

Reinhart distributed those images along with other videos of child pornogrpahy, the office said.

He will also serve 20 years of supervised release.
